The HearWell audiology team comprises of father and son, Clive and Kieran Williams, both registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and supported by Centre Administrator Hayley Rogers. The team was formed to bring together over 50 years of experience gained from working with the NHS audiology service and leading national Hearing Aid companies in the UK. This gives HearWell a unique blend of service, care, and technology expertise.

Our Expert Team
Clive Williams
I qualified back in 1992 with Scrivens Hearing Care having taken the Hearing Aid Council examinations in London. I worked with National Companies at all levels with final responsibility for NHS contracts delivering Hearing Aid Services across the country. The diversity in Private and NHS care, product and training meant I set up HearWell in 2016 with a full understanding of what HearWell needed to do to be the best Independent hearing care provider.
Kieran Williams
Having trained at the Mary Hare School for the Deaf for two years I qualified and registered with the Health Care Professions Council. Before joining HearWell in 2018 I was employed and continued further training with Bloom Hearing Specialists.
I have a thorough knowledge in modern hearing aid technology and completed earwax removal training with the Hearing Lab Group who provide audiological training to medical and health professionals.
Hayley Rogers
Hayley was previously employed in the person care environment working within City Councils, Housing Offices, Care and Social Services. Recent years has seen Hayley use her organisational skills in residential care homes, managing social activities and entertainment for residents.
Having worked in this caring environment, Hayley is aware of the challenges hearing loss can bring and her empathetic personality will only be of benefit to HearWell patients.
