The Hereford clinic is easy to find and has customer parking immediately outside. The waiting room is very clean and tidy, although there was no waiting as the appointment was right on time. The receptionist was very friendly and courteous and the reception process was straightforward. The earwax removal process involves up to 3 methods and is extremely efficient, the clinician being very pleasant and experienced.
